Even with good oral hygiene, cavities can develop within teeth. When this occurs, the decay within the teeth needs to be removed to stop the disease process. We will remove all areas of decay, and replace them with a filling made of a silver alloy (amalgam) or composite resin.
Composite Fillings:
Composite resin fillings have surged in popularity because their appearance matches the natural appearance of teeth.
Silver Fillings:
Amalgam fillings, on the other hand, have been shown to hold up better over time.
