Patient Billing

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable fees to our patients. Payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made prior to your treatment.

For patients covered by dental insurance, we are happy to submit your treatment to your dental insurance provider. However, any portion of the treatment not covered by insurance will be due at the time of service.

On larger procedures, we will gladly submit a request for a pre-determination of benefits from your insurance company to let you know exactly what portion of treatment fees will be covered by your insurance.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

We are also pleased to offer CareCredit financing. Additional information on CareCredit is available at our office or at their website www.carecredit.com.
